Refund & Return Policy – Eclipse Wear
We want you to love what you wear. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product received is damaged
- Wrong item was delivered
- Product has a manufacturing defect
Return Request Time
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Size issues
- Color variation due to screen differences
- Change of mind
Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
Exchange
Exchange is available only for damaged or incorrect products.
Important
An unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong product claims.
